The Indonesian Ding Dang sports beautiful teal burst of color in the eye surrounded by a deep maroon ring, encompassed by a secondary teal ring and ending with a flourish of dark skirt. The Indonesian Ding Dang, like its Hawaiian counterpart, has a fairly large polyp and a medium growth rate once they are settled into a system. The indonesian variety of ding dang differs from the hawian counterpart in that it enjoys low to medium flow, enjoying feeding out of the water column but needing enough water movement so detritus does not build up on their skin. They are fast growers once established and prefer medium lighting from 50 to 200 PAR.
